Eden Valley

Due to higher altitudes of 400-500 meters, vineyards in Eden Valley are taking advantage of cooler growing temperatures to grow Riesling.

Soils vary from loamy sand to clay loams, mixed with weathered rock. Ironstone gravels, quartz gravels and rock fragments are also present.
