Dürnsteiner Riesling Federspiel 2004

Alc.: 11.5%
Residual sugar: 2.5 g/l
Vinification: Fermentation in steel and large wooden barrel.

Youthful nose with pronounced jammy apricot and peach aromas. Dry with medium(+) acidity and medium alcohol and body. Flavors of lime, grapefruit and minerals.

Lots of citrus fruit and piercing acidity. The difference between aroma (jammy stone fruit) and palate (piercing citrus) is particularly interesting. Excellent with food.

Good
