Der Kellermeister - Riesling and I
Riesling + I

Riesling, unfermented

Draper Valley Vineyard Good news for all Riesling-lovers under the age of 21: you can have a glass of Riesling without the anxiety about legal consequences ruining your party. The Draper Valley Vineyard 2006 Riesling I had today is pure, 100% unfermented Riesling grape juice. And by "pure" I mean that no water or sugar had been added. The Riesling grape juice has rich aromas of ripe apple and apricot and a full and silky mouthfeel - unlike most of that rather thin grape juice that can be found on supermarket shelves. The sweetness comes naturally from the grapes ripened under Oregon's sun. Draper Valley Vineyard also sells non-alcoholic juice from Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and, you guessed it, Chardonnay.
