Adam 2006 Dhron Hofberg Riesling Spätlese

Medium lemon color. Youthful nose with a medium intensity of grapefruit, honey and wet pebble stones. Sweet on the palate but with a crisp acidity that perfectly balances the residual sugar. Low alcohol and light body. Medium(+) intensity of peach with hints of licorice. Medium(+) length. Drink now through 2026.

A very fruity Spätlese with a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity, creating an invigorating tension.
